NIJAH ADAMS , M.S, CEO and Founder 

Nijah Adams is no stranger to Business Development or Staffing and Recruitment, having spent over 12+ years in Business Development Centers, staffing, and as an entrepreneur herself.  She believes that training new entrepreneurs on the proper foundation for their business will lead to more long-term success.

Nijah Adams specializes in marketing and social media; business coaching; business plans; leadership training; and employee onboarding and has successfully served a range of clients, including the furniture industry,  higher education, construction, legal, food industry, logistics industry, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and nonprofit organizations and more.

Nijah Adams has presented Leadership Styles and Opportunities for Professional Growth a poster accepted for presentation at the 2016 Annual Convention of the Southwestern Psychological Association in Dallas, Texas.

Nijah Adams is a qualified Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and holds two bachelor’s degrees from Texas Tech University in Psychology and Business Administration.  She also has a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University.
